If you’re reading this, you might want to be active! It’s an amazing thing to want to be active! I will be giving three ways of how to always stay active! We live in a society where a little over 42 percent of adults are obese and 20 percent of children between the ages of 2-19 are obese, according to Healthline. The statistics seem not as high and there could be more. Let’s focus on helping ourselves and the children we have. So, when you read the article, be open-minded to trying the ways and helping yourself and others.

The First Way to Always Stay Physically active is Dancing According to the health line, Dancing is a great way to boost your fitness, lose weight and gain other health benefits”. If you want to just stay physically active and you are a beginner, I suggest you start dancing. It can start off as five minutes a day and increase. It’s up to you!  Also, dancing is your movement. Dancing is an expression of you and moving your body. Dancing allows you to be free and not think. It’s a great way to stay physically active, because it’s not only about being fit when dancing, but just being you and having a peace of mind. 

Second Way to Always Stay Physically Active

The Second Way to Always Stay Physically Active is home workout! You may not have much time to go to the gym, or just don’t want to go and do not want people to judge you because of your looks. The perfect solution is working out at home in your room away from others. You can always do sit ups, pushups, squats, burpees and you can even put on a 30-minute home YouTube video workout!  Home workouts are one of the best solutions to always staying physically active! It’s really no excuse to not workout because you are doing it from home. If you do not have much time to work out from home because of going to work or are tired from work, keep setting aside five to ten minutes a day and increase it when you can.

The Third Way to Always Stay Physically Active is Discipline You must create discipline in order to always stay physically active. You have to know that there are going to be days when you do not want to do it. You have to push yourself to do it anyway, because it’s your health, it’s your body and it’s your state of mind that you’re fighting for. You have to have goals and reasons why you want to stay physically active. Without the goals and reasons, you would not want to keep disciplining yourself to do it. Know that you’re capable of staying on track to being physically active and staying that way. You can also use affirmations that can help you with discipline.

It’s not going to be super easy to follow these steps. You can do this! You must tell yourself you can, because if you do not tell yourself, you can, then you never will. So, apply these ways to your life and share them with a friend!
